Tune of the Month
In July 2006 I began to offer a subscription service called "Tune of the Month". Some folks call it a "club". I'm planning to cover most of the traditional flatpicking jam tunes to begin with then move into some tunes which should be flatpicking jam tunes.You get a CD plus tab of a different tune each month, the CD tracks go through the tab phrase by phrase with each phrase played several times.There are rhythm practice tracks and lead practice tracks plus a simulated jam session track where we trade leads. It is designed for the high level beginner or intermediate player with the second time around being one of my slants on a variation of the melody.
